My husband was recently relocated for work to the Kingston area. We contacted Karol and Trevor to let them know of our timeframe and what we wanted in a home. Our relocation was 5 hours away from our old home, so trips to Kingston were limited. “I want to thank both Trevor Hunt and Karol Willis for their well-managed success story on the sale of my deceased father’s house after he had unfortunately passed away during heart surgery. There were many legal obligations and expected loop-holes on sale of the estate with both co-executors literally thousands of kilometres away, yet their knowledgeable insights and appropriate contacts allowed for a smooth sale. I do want to emphasize one major point about this sale. My personal home was also over two hours away and I was therefore quite limited in the scope of any participation in the major event. I needed to sell a primitive cottage and I knew it would be difficult to find the right buyer for this unusual situation.
